Elite Football University

We don't teach a player technique or tactics. We teach a player to understand themselves on the pitch. To understand themselves in the complexity of the game.

Publications

Football Preschool

First steps with a ball for children ages 5-7, read aloud with a parent or coach - simple games, playing together, and first rules. Older players won’t find it useful.

Game fundamentals

Teaches how your body works, how to read the game, and why we even play football - the foundation everything else is built on.

Attacking

About creating an advantage and scoring when you have the ball. The “Receiving the ball” unit is fully written; the rest is still being written.

Defending

About winning the ball back and not getting caught out when the opponent has it. Still in an early writing stage.

High game understanding

Ties together everything you’ve learned into real decisions: when and why to do what you already know.

Mindset, Professionalism

About a player’s mindset and a professional approach to the game. Planned for the future, not yet started.

Core philosophy of the series

The goal of the series is non-negotiable: help a child build a mental system that independently carries them through the cycle:

what do I see → what’s my option → what do I choose → how do I execute it

Every lesson in this series follows that order - perception, then decision, then execution, never the other way round.

We build on a few well-established currents in sports pedagogy: Teaching Games for Understanding (TGfU), which teaches through play and decisions rather than isolated technical drills; Fitts & Posner’s three-stage model of motor learning, under which technique only becomes meaningful as an answer to a problem the child already understands; and Piaget’s and Bruner’s theories of cognitive development, which keep every lesson matched to what a child at a given age can actually process. We stick to this because we want a child to understand the game, not just imitate it.

English version - work in progress

This site is being built bilingually, with English as the primary language and Polish as the original working language of the project. Football Preschool (Book 0) is now fully translated. Parts 1-2 still only exist in Polish - translating them is a dedicated task in its own right, done with the same care for tone and age-appropriate language as writing the original. Follow the “See →” links above, or use the language switcher, to read the finished Polish text for those parts.
